At Dor Handloom, we take pride in delivering timeless pieces woven with care. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Delivery Timeline:
Domestic (India): 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note: During festive seasons or sale periods, shipping times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Charges:
India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a nominal fee.

We put immense care into curating every saree, and we hope you cherish it as much as we do. However, if something doesn’t feel right:

1. Return Eligibility:
Returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Sarees purchased during sales or with a discount code. Customized or blouse-stitched sarees.

3. How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Email us dorhandloom@gmail.com at with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable). Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

4. Refunds:
Approved returns will be eligible for a credit note valid for 6 months. Refunds to original payment method are processed only in rare cases of failed delivery or double charges.
