Cancellation Policies

Please note that once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. We strive to ensure that your chosen saree reaches you in the best possible condition and in a timely manner. At DOR Handloom, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality that resonate with the craftsmanship and dedication of our skilled weavers. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns Accepted for Damaged Products:

We accept returns for damaged products only. If you receive a saree with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during transit, we kindly request you to record an unedited opening video while unpacking the product. This video will serve as proof of the condition in which the product was received.

Timeframe for Returns and Refunds:

 

You have a period of 7 days from the date of product delivery to initiate a return and refund request. Please ensure that the unedited opening video clearly captures the condition of the saree and its packaging. This timeframe allows us to promptly address any concerns and arrange for the return process.


Return Process:

To initiate a return for a damaged product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of product delivery, sharing your order details and the unedited opening video.
  2. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the condition as per the opening video, we will initiate the refund process.Our team will guide you through the return process and provide necessary instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Shipping Policy: 

 All orders shipped within 2-4 working days. 

In case of any unforeseen issue in timely dispatch, the same will be informed to the customer on call or message.
